Certified Retirement Committee Offers Resource Guide
 
A new resource guide provides a quick glance at some of the many resources available to retirees and seniors in the East Texas area.  As part of the Longview News-Journal's Young at Heart Publication on January 18, 2012, the Certified Retirement Committee published 6 pages of helpful community resources. 
 
According to committee staff liaison Shawn Hara, "The purpose of the resource guide is to help inform residents. When we were going through the process to become a Certified Retirement Community, our committee was continually learning new things about Longview."
